Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

TravelPA is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to provide a website experience that is usable, navigable, and inclusive — regardless of assistive technologies or individual needs.

Standards and Compliance

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

We strive to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA (or the version you target) as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our goal is to continuously improve accessibility and usability across all pages and functionalities.

Ongoing Work

We aim to make all pages and content on www.travelpa.co.za accessible, but some content may not yet fully meet the highest accessibility standards. This could be due to challenges in identifying the most suitable technological solution.

Potential limitations may include:

  • PDF or downloadable documents that may not always follow accessibility best practices
  • Dynamic content or complex interactive elements that may not work perfectly with all assistive tools
