How do I make a tour booking?
Please contact us via email to discuss your prospective tour. Thereafter, we can arrange a face to face meeting.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
All tours will be confirmed only once all the following requirements have been met:

• submission of a completed tour registration online
• payment of tour deposit

• including satisfaction of the minimum number of persons

Can the group bookings be amended for individuals?
Yes, thats an option that incur additional costs and may impact your tour costing. This is the ‘break away’ option, which allows individuals to break away from the group booking and is subject to availability. It is important to note there will be an administrative charge and airline fees due for the change?

I have specific dietary requirements?
Please bring that to our attention.

Payment Option
Payment can only be effected via EFT.

Cancellation / amendments

• Can I change the dates on my ticket?
• Can I travel on one flight leg and cancel the other?
• Can I change the passenger name on my ticket?
• Can I correct the spelling of my name on the ticket?

• Must all cancellation requests be in writing?

The answer to all of the above, is yes. Please consult us prior to confirm, related fees would incur for such amendments and/or cancellations.

How do I book special baggage, for example sporting equipment?
